An Experienced Lawyer
For over 25 years, Vincent A. Ramsay has been helping families to settle disputes and plan for the future. His law practice focuses mainly on family law. He is a strong advocate for collaborative conflict resolution outside court, and when necessary, will proceed to litigation.
Vince has also represented children as an Agent for the Office of the Children’s Lawyer for over 18 years and has mentored students from the Queen’s University Clinical Family Law program for several years.
Vince also practices will and estate law.
The Association of Family and Conciliation Courts (AFCC) is an international association with local community branches that help families live better lives by collaboratively resolving family conflicts. The AFCC draws on professionals from various fields, including psychology, finance, law, and education, whose common goal is to help their communities. Vince is a founding member and current committee member for Kingston of the AFCC-O, the organization’s Ontario chapter, and a major Ontario Family law organization.
In 2013, Vince received the Distinguished Service Award from the AFCC-O.
